For RevOps

Your CRM is full of venues that closed.

Hospitality turns over faster than any CRM gets tidied. We match your accounts against the live register and tell you which ones are fiction.

The problem

Nobody ever gets to the clean-up.

It gets proposed every quarter and it never happens, because doing it properly means checking thousands of businesses one at a time against a register nobody on the team has.

Meanwhile the cost is silent and constant: reps working dead accounts, forecasts built on venues that shut last spring, campaigns sending to addresses that bounce, and a data quality score nobody trusts enough to act on.

What you get

Your own accounts, marked up.

Closed and gone

Accounts that no longer appear as trading in the statutory register. The single biggest source of wasted rep time in a hospitality CRM.

Insolvent

Operators with an insolvency notice published against them. Useful to sales, and rather more useful to whoever chases the receivable.

Changed hands

A new operating company against the same address. The account is not dead — it has a new decision-maker, and your relationship does not transfer.

Unreachable and duplicated

Numbers that are not valid phone numbers, contactless records, and the same venue sitting in your CRM more than once under different spellings.

How it works

You point us at the accounts. We check them.

01

You tell us which accounts

Enough to identify the venue — the name and the postcode. Under a data processing agreement, and used only for this.

02

We check them against the live register

Matched at address level, not by name similarity: there are hundreds of venues called The Red Lion and they are not the same business.

03

You get the verdict, account by account

Closed, insolvent, changed hands, unreachable, duplicated — with the evidence and the date. What we could not match comes back as unmatched.

What we will not pretend

We will not guess a match to make the number look better.

A confident wrong match is worse than an honest gap: it deletes a live account or resurrects a dead one. Whatever we cannot tie to the register with an address-level match comes back marked unmatched, and you decide.
